神将召唤 隐私政策
1. 我们收集的资料
为了让游戏正常运作，我们会收集以下资料：
- 帐号：你可以用游客身份玩（游戏自动建立一个匿名编号），也可以用 Google 帐号、Facebook 帐号、华为帐号或 Email + 密码登入。用这些方式登入时，我们会储存你的 Email（Facebook、华为帐号没有提供 Email 时，储存你的名字），用来登入和找回进度。我们看不到你在 Google、Facebook、华为的密码。
- 游戏昵称：你在游戏中取的名字。
- 游戏进度与云端存档：等级、战力、关卡、VIP 等级、武将、道具、排行榜成绩、公会与好友资料、你的屏蔽名单。进度会存到云端，删掉游戏重装或换手机以后，登入同一个帐号就能拿回来。
- 聊天内容：你在世界聊天、公会聊天、私聊中发送的文字。
- 举报：你举报别的玩家时，我们会收到你选的原因、对方的游戏 ID 和他最近说的话，用来处理违规。
- 购买记录：你在游戏内购买的道具与金额（付款由 Google Play 处理，我们不会收到你的银行卡或付款资料）。
- 游戏版本号：用来提醒你更新游戏。
我们不会收集你的真实姓名、电话号码、位置、通讯录、照片或广告编号。
2. 资料的用途
- 让你登入，保存你的游戏进度，让游戏功能（排行榜、公会、好友、聊天、邮件、礼包）正常运作。
- 防止作弊、处理玩家的举报、封锁违规帐号，维护游戏公平。
- 提供客服与处理购买问题。
我们不会出售你的资料，也不会用来投放广告。
3. 资料的储存与安全
资料储存在 Google Firebase（Google Cloud，新加坡机房）。所有资料都经过加密连线（HTTPS）传输。
4. 与第三方分享
除了为提供服务使用 Google Firebase、Google 登入、Facebook 登入、华为帐号登入以及 Google Play、华为应用市场以外，我们不会与任何第三方分享你的资料，法律要求时除外。
你的游戏昵称、战力、排行榜成绩和聊天内容会被游戏中的其他玩家看到。
5. 聊天、举报和屏蔽
聊天时不准骂人、色情低俗、广告诈骗、外挂作弊、说出自己或别人的电话地址。看到乱说话的人：点他的名字，可以「举报」（GM 会看他说了什么，违规就封号）或「屏蔽」（看不到他说的话，也收不到他的好友申请）。屏蔽名单在「设定 → 隐私和聊天」可以取消。
6. 删除帐号和资料
方法一（游戏内，马上删除）：打开游戏 → 点右上角头像（个人资料）→ 帐号 → 删除帐号。你的登入帐号、云端存档、玩家资料会马上永久删除。
方法二（发邮件）：发邮件到 pocketdevelopers98@gmail.com，标题写「删除帐号」，内容写上你的游戏 ID（8 位数字，在个人资料页面可以看到）和登入用的 Email。我们会在 30 天内删除你的帐号和所有资料（包括聊天内容、举报纪录和购买记录）。
删除以后不能恢复，已经购买的道具也不会退款。没有要求删除的话，资料会一直保留到你删除帐号为止。详细：删除帐号说明。
7. 儿童隐私
本游戏不是为 13 岁以下儿童设计的，我们不会刻意收集儿童的资料。如果你发现儿童向我们提供了资料，请联络我们，我们会删除。

如果本政策有更改，我们会更新本页面并修改生效日期。

Shen Jiang Zhao Huan (神将召唤) – Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Account: you can play as a guest (the game creates an anonymous ID automatically), or sign in with a Google account or email + password. If you sign in with Google or email, we store your email address to sign you in and restore your progress. We never see your Google password.
- Nickname: the name you choose in the game.
- Game progress and cloud save: level, power, stages, VIP level, heroes, items, leaderboard results, guild and friend data, and your block list. Your progress is saved to the cloud so you can get it back after reinstalling or changing phones by signing in to the same account.
- Chat messages: text you send in world chat, guild chat and private messages.
- Reports: when you report another player, we receive the reason you chose, that player's game ID and their recent messages, so we can handle the violation.
- Purchase history: items bought in the game and their price (payments are handled by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details).
- App version number: used to remind you to update the game.
We do not collect your real name, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID.
2. How we use it
- To sign you in, save your progress and run game features (leaderboards, guilds, friends, chat, mail, offers).
- To prevent cheating, handle player reports, ban accounts that break the rules and keep the game fair.
- To provide support and handle purchase issues.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud, Singapore) and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
4. Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except Google Firebase, Google Sign-In and Google Play which we use to provide the service, or when required by law. Your nickname, power, leaderboard results and chat messages are visible to other players.
5. Chat, reporting and blocking
In chat, insults, sexual content, ads or scams, cheating, and sharing anyone's phone number or address are not allowed. Tap a player's name to "Report" them (the GM reviews what they said and bans accounts that break the rules) or "Block" them (you no longer see their messages or friend requests). You can unblock players in Settings → Privacy and chat.
6. Deleting your account and data
Option 1 (in the game, immediate): open the game → tap your avatar at the top right (Profile) → 帐号 (Account) → 删除帐号 (Delete account). Your sign-in account, cloud save and player profile are permanently deleted right away.
Option 2 (email): email pocketdevelopers98@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", your game ID (8 digits, shown on your profile page) and your sign-in email. We will delete your account and all your data (including chat messages, reports and purchase records) within 30 days.
Deletion cannot be undone and purchased items are not refunded. Unless you ask for deletion, data is kept until you delete your account. Details: Delete account.
7. Children
The game is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
