神将召唤：删除帐号和资料
方法一：在游戏里删除（马上删除）
- 打开游戏「神将召唤」
- 点右上角的头像（个人资料）
- 按「帐号」
- 按最下面的「删除帐号」，确认两次
马上永久删除：你的登入帐号、云端存档（武将、道具、关卡进度）、玩家资料（名字、战力、排行）。
方法二：发邮件申请（不用打开游戏）
- 发邮件到 pocketdevelopers98@gmail.com
- 标题写「删除帐号」
- 内容写：你的游戏 ID（8 位数字，在个人资料页面看得到）和登入用的 Email
我们会在 30 天内删除你的帐号和所有资料：登入帐号、云端存档、玩家资料、聊天内容（世界、公会、私聊）、好友和公会资料、举报纪录、购买记录。
会删掉 / 会保留的资料
- 会删掉：上面列出的全部资料。
- 我们不会保留任何资料。只有 Google Play 自己的付款纪录由 Google 保存在你的 Google 帐号里（我们看不到也删不了，可以在 Google Play 的「付款和订阅」查看）。
- 删除以后不能恢复，已经购买的道具也不会退款。

Option 1: in the game (immediate)
- Open the game 神将召唤
- Tap your avatar at the top right (Profile)
- Tap 帐号 (Account)
- Tap 删除帐号 (Delete account) at the bottom and confirm twice
Permanently deleted right away: your sign-in account, cloud save (heroes, items, progress) and player profile (name, power, rankings).
Option 2: by email (no need to open the game)
- Email pocketdevelopers98@gmail.com
- Subject: "Delete account"
- Include your game ID (8 digits, shown on your profile page) and your sign-in email
Within 30 days we delete your account and all your data: sign-in account, cloud save, player profile, chat messages (world, guild, private), friend and guild data, reports and purchase records.
What is deleted / kept
- Deleted: all of the data listed above.
- We do not keep any of your data. Only Google Play's own payment records are kept by Google in your Google account (we cannot see or delete them; you can view them under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play).
- Deletion cannot be undone and purchased items are not refunded.
